Oddly enough replacing the dock seems to fix the issue for anywhere from 3-10 days then the issue inevitably returns. I've done absolutely everything for these users including BIOS and Driver updates, Firmware updates, I've even replaced the dock under warranty in all 4 cases. I'm a technical support engineer for a large firm and I have at least 4 different users experiencing either severe lag, or complete non functionality of peripherals plugged into USB ports, and intermittent issues where their monitors won't come on after plugging in the TB cable. I know there have been a few posts related to this but I found no one definitive answer to solve our issues.
